Fresh Air Flow was the best HVAC Co I could ever hope for and turned out to better than expected my goal was to replace my existing system with a Carrier AC, Furnace, Blower and thermostat to reduce energy cost. Ian listened to my goals and walked through my house , he went to the office and put together an equipment HVAC package that would give the results I wanted. Both Ian and Ben keep you informed and communicate using email, text and propose the equipment packages, shipping and schedule installation. The installers showed up on time and spent most of the day removing the old and putting in the new - sounds easy, it's not. They were very knowledgeable and when they were done my new Carrier sounds like a TESLA. All in all it now take my 3 story house to cool in about 2 hours , not 11. Today is the 2nd day after install and I am cool on the 3rd floor for the 1st time in 7 years. Not only were the Installer excellent at their jobs but they were kind, friendly and cleaned up. I found Fresh Air Flow by cross checking the NJ state website, PSEG HVAC authorized Contractors for the 0% 10 yr financing programs and the Carrier manufacturer's website. The best was Fresh Air Flow handled all of the PSEG paperwork. ( to qualify for the state rebates and PSEG financing you need the front copy of your bill and no PSEG late payments/ paid in full for the last 12 months ) Congrats Guys on achieving teamwork!
