Each enrolled furnace or air conditioning system includes:

• Two scheduled inspections per year (one heating and one cooling)
• Free emergency service calls
• Guaranteed service within 24 hours (weekends excluded)
• 10% discount on parts and labor
• Free standard pleated air filter replacement during each maintenance visit (common residential sizes)

Promotion & Renewal Information

• The first year of each enrolled system’s maintenance agreement is completely free
• No credit card is required to redeem this offer
• There is no automatic renewal

At the end of the complimentary 12-month period, customers will have the option to renew at:

$229 per system per year

Renewal is completely optional, and no charges will be applied unless the customer chooses to continue.

Eligibility & Service Area

• Residential furnace and central AC systems only
• Available within our service area (Cherry Hill, South Jersey, and Philadelphia)
• Maximum of two (2) systems per household
• Employees and immediate family members are not eligible

Additional Information

• Covers routine preventative maintenance only
• Repairs, parts, specialty filters, and system upgrades are not included
• Homeowner must provide safe access to equipment
• Service may be declined if equipment is unsafe or inaccessible

• This promotion is available for a limited time
• Fresh Air Flow reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time
• Any customer enrolled prior to the promotion ending will receive the full 1-year agreement
