What’s Included (Per System)

Each enrolled furnace or air conditioning system includes:

• Two scheduled inspections per year (one heating inspection for furnaces and one cooling inspection for air conditioning systems)
• Free emergency service calls
• Guaranteed service within 24 hours (weekends excluded)
• 10% discount on parts and labor
• Free standard pleated air filter replacement during scheduled maintenance visits (common residential sizes)

Inspection Services Include

Air Conditioning Systems:

• Lubricate motors and inspect fan belts
• Replace standard pleated air filters (common sizes)
• Check wiring, refrigerant levels, voltage, amp draw, pressures, and system performance
• Clean condensate line
• Inspect contactor points, pressure switches, and temperature differential

Furnace Systems:

• Lubricate motors and adjust settings if needed
• Inspect combustion air, belts, and wiring
• Replace standard pleated air filters (common sizes)
• Clean flame sensor
• Check for gas leaks and inspect heat exchanger integrity
• Evaluate overall system performance
• Clean furnace cabinet (Excludes blower wheels and secondary heat exchangers)

Billing & Renewal Information

• The first year of each enrolled system’s maintenance agreement is completely free.
• A valid credit card is required to activate each agreement. You will not be charged during the free promotional year.
• At the end of the initial 12-month term, each system’s maintenance agreement will automatically renew for a 12-month term at $229 per system.
• The agreement will continue to renew automatically each year unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time prior to your renewal date by emailing
   info@freshairflowhvac.com.
  If canceled before renewal, no future charges will be processed.

Eligibility & Service Area

• Residential furnace and central air conditioning systems only
• Available to homeowners within Fresh Air Flow’s service area (Cherry Hill, South Jersey, and Philadelphia)
• Limited to a maximum of two (2) eligible systems per household
• Promotion expires March 31st
• Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible

Additional Information

• This maintenance agreement covers routine preventative maintenance only. Repairs, replacement parts, specialty filters, system upgrades, equipment replacement, heat pumps, boilers, mini-split systems, or other HVAC equipment are not included.
• Homeowners are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to HVAC equipment during scheduled visits.
• Fresh Air Flow reserves the right to decline service if equipment is unsafe or inaccessible.
• Fresh Air Flow may modify or discontinue this promotion if necessary.
