Beginning a Legacy

Our founder had worked in air duct cleaning for years before making the decision to start his own business. After opening Fresh Air Flow, Ben decided that he had the talent and passion to transition into a full HVAC company. Today, Ben is extremely hands-on in daily operations, from handpicking the best technicians to ensuring customers receive the best possible service with our heating and air conditioning repair solutions.

We wouldn’t exist without our loyal customers. Fresh Air Flow gives its clients the best customer service and often receives new business from referrals. Whenever there’s an issue, we hop in our truck and get on-site as quickly as possible so we can prevent it from escalating. Ben is involved in daily operations at Fresh Air Flow. He never stopped visiting customer’s homes and if there’s an issue, he is often the one to respond. As the owner, Ben ensures his workforce understands what is expected of them and holds itself accountable. He is proud of his hard-working technicians, who consistently meet his extremely high standards.

Philanthropic Involvement

Fresh Air Flow works closely with the Joseph Lacroce Foundation. Ben got involved with the organization after growing close to its founder. We support the Joseph Lacroce Foundation’s mission to bring smiles to the face of sick children at the Virtual Hospital in Southern New Jersey.

We believe strongly in being the side that gives, not the side that gets. Our team members wear shirts with QR codes on the back that link to the foundation’s donation page and we attend fundraising events throughout the year.
